The James residence (aka the Copper Cottage) is going to be moved from its current location at 336 East 9th  St, North Vancouver, on Friday March 13, 2020 between 9am and 11am. You are invited to attend and watch but please stay well back on the sidewalks, to allow the house-moving workers room to do their jobs safely. The house will be moved to a property at 532 East 10th only blocks from its current location. It will be situated at the front of the property where it can continue to be appreciated by everyone who passes by. There is already another heritage home on that property, which will remain at the back of the lot. This is an ideal, happy ending to the plight of this lovely home.
