North Shore Heritage Preservation Society held its annual general meeting March 14 at the North Shore Museum and Archives’ Community History Centre in Lynn Valley. NSHPS members mingled prior to the start of the AGM, which included local author and crime historian Eve Lazarus as a guest speaker giving a reading from her latest book, Blood, Sweat and Fear, that features forensic stories from the community. The society promotes the preservation and restoration of North Shore heritage buildings and also provides resources for conservation.
