An application has been submitted for 3700-3718 Edgemont Blvd that proposes relocating and restoring a West Coast Modern heritage fourplex on the site, then adding either 25 duplex homes or 33 row homes, in both cases along with an underground parkade. The fourplex, one of two currently on the property, was designed by architect Fred Hollingsworth and built in 1951. 

You are invited to an early public input meeting to meet the property owner and the project architect, who happens to be Fred Hollingsworth’s son, Russell Hollingsworth, ask questions about the proposal and share your thoughts. The meeting takes place on January 23, 2020 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Delbrook Community Centre, Fir Room, 851 W. Queens Rd, North Vancouver.
