Major Rush House Developments Ltd. is holding a Public Information Meeting on November 8, 2017 to review its development proposal for the property located on the south-west corner of 12th Street and Jefferson Avenue in West Vancouver.

The proposal involves entering into a Heritage Revitalization Agreement (HRA) to allow the owner of the property to retain and legally protect the Rush house as a heritage building, create a garden suite in the basement of the house, and build two detached dwelling units and accessory garages on the property.
